2. No Contract or ObligationYour participation in the Bookbuild does not create a contract or agreement between you and Clause. Clause is not required to review, approve, progress, or respond to any submission, and we may discontinue or modify the Bookbuild at any time.
3. Accuracy of InformationYou confirm that all information you submit is true, accurate, and not misleading to the best of your knowledge. Clause may disregard any submission that appears incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable.
4. Follow-Up ContactBy completing the Bookbuild form, you consent to Clause contacting you using the details you provide. Clause may request further information, but is under no obligation to do so.
5. No Advice ProvidedNothing communicated through the Bookbuild or by Clause should be considered financial, legal, or business advice. You should obtain your own independent advice before making any financial decisions.
6. Data ProtectionAny personal or business information you provide will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By submitting the form, you acknowledge and accept how your data may be collected and used.
7. WithdrawalYou may withdraw your expression of interest at any time by contacting us at hello@clausefinance.com.

Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law, Clause and Mandrill Capital Limited accept no liability for any loss, damage, or costs arising from your participation in the Bookbuild, any decision made based on information provided by Clause, or Clause’s decision to decline or discontinue communication.
9. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
